sessions. The lighting in a sauna is shady. The Sauna (pronounced sow-nah) has been used for
centuries, not only as a place to bathe, but as a place for healing, relaxing and enjoyment. Sauna
bath makes you feel rejuvenated and have increased energy levels. It helps many to get a more
restful sleep. Also, it opens skin pores, soothes sore muscles, and increases circulation. However,
more than common metabolic waste products are secreted through the skin.
