Hours of Operations Sunday-Friday : 10 am-7 pm Saturday: 9 am-7 pm Spa Reservations Our spa attendants shall help you in planning and organizing the perfect treatments and spa experiences to suit your needs. Advanced booking are recommended to avoid any inconveniences and guarantee that you get best services in your own allocated time. Cancellations of reservations It is very understandable that schedules can change and you may not be able to attend spa on time you reserved for. We can reschedule it for you. If you want to cancel the appointment, kindly inform us about cancellations and leave us 4 hours-notice on individual treatment and 24 hours’ notice for spa packages. Cancellations made outside the mentioned hours shall incur you 20% of the total cost of the services. Prior to Arrival Before your appointment, as many spa treatments boost blood circulation and use pressure strategies, we warn against eating heavy meals. If you’re hungry, you should have a light snack. Until spa treatment, we strongly advise against alcohol intake. Do not wear any jewelry during your visit to the spa, please. Spa does not bear loss and theft obligations. Spa Arrival We suggest you to arrive to the spa at least 30 minutes prior to the appointment. Late arrival may limit the time you have booked for and lessens the effectiveness of the treatments. What to wear? You shall be provided with bath robes, private locker, slippers and towels on your arrival to the spa. Your complete comfort and privacy is ensured. Health Questions If you have any health issues or medical conditions please let us know beforehand. Our receptionist shall guide you in selecting appropriate services if you have special needs. Prices All prices are quoted in Nepali Currency and are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Payment We accept all the major currencies and payment methods or cards. You may also pay for your spa services with all together with your hotel bills. For your conveniences, payment also is accepted before your treatments. Turning your cell phones into silence mode may be requested and smoking is strictly prohibited in spa premises. Age Requirement Spa services are suitable for all people of different age groups. It is however advised for children under 18 years of age acquire parental consent and children under age of 12 be accompanied by their parent.
